Unmasking the COVID hoax

As we enter COVID-19s so-called “second wave,” lockdown-mania is intensifying. In Italy you can now be imprisoned for 6 years for breaking quarantine. Proof of vaccination is being required to fly, or to attend events. California’s governor attempted to lock-down 94% of its population; Pennsylvania has mandated masks inside homes; and New York City established “COVID checkpoints” to catch and fine NYC travelers who violate quarantine.

Losing Medical Coverage? You Have Options

If you or a loved one are among the millions of Americans losing employment, we extend our heartfelt sympathy and best wishes for rapid re-employment. Since you may now need to deal as an individual with medical coverage, we’re expanding below on some alternative means of obtaining coverage at a reasonable cost.

Coronagate – Part 1, the Shutdown

The COVID-19 (“C-19”) virus originated in Wuhan, China, where the first network employing 5G technology recently became fully operational. Dr. Thomas Cowan speculated that the virus is a result of exposing human organisms to this new electromagnetic energy, noting that the Spanish Flu in 1917 and the 1968 Hong Kong Flu epidemics occurred under similar circumstances—following introduction of radio and radioactive satellites, respectively.

Cost-saving Medical Care Alternatives for 2020

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled December 18 that Obamacare’s individual mandate is unconstitutional, then kicked the case back to a lower court to determine which (if any) other parts of the Affordable Care Act (officially the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act,” or “PPACA”) can stand.

Hemp Goes Mainstream

In another breathtaking win for the American people, Congress passed and the president signed a 2018 Farm Bill which included nationwide legalization of the growing of hemp—effective January 1, 2019.

After nearly 50 years of prohibition, the 2018 Act amends the federal Controlled Substances Act of 1970, so that hemp plants containing no more than 0.3% THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) are no longer classified as a “Schedule 1” controlled substance.

Obamacare – Rest in Peace?

Responding to a lawsuit brought by attorney generals of 20 states, and led by Texas A/G Ken Paxton, Texas Judge Reed O’Connor ruled the Affordable Care act is Unconstitutional. The ruling cited Congress’ 2017 repeal of the individual mandate (a tax penalty for not buying insurance) as “inseverable from the ACA,” and hence grounds for nullifying the US Supreme Court’s rationale for deeming the ACA constitutional in 2012.

The case is certain to make its way back to the Supreme Court, whose vote in support of the government position (under heavy political pressure) in 2012 was excoriated by Justice Scalia (who later died under suspicious circumstances). The Justice Department has affirmed that it cannot defend the constitutionality of Obamacare.

On the ropes?

Obamacare may be on its way to the dustbin of history. Senators Lindsey Graham and Bill Cassidy, working with Rick Santorum, have cobbled together a medical proposal aimed at replacing the Affordable Care Act. Their concept is built around block grants, which would allow individual states to craft their own plans.
